We want you to love your Helba product. If you're not completely satisfied, we make returns simple.

30-day return window — contact us within 30 days of delivery
Items must be unused and in original packaging
We'll send you a prepaid return label — no cost to you

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email info@helba.shop with:
- Your order number
- The item you'd like to return
- Reason for return (helps us improve — not required)

We'll respond within 1 business day with your prepaid label. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, email us immediately at info@helba.shop with a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund — your choice, no return required.
